As a Strategic Innovation Lead at Deloitte NEXT, I help organizations explore and drive new business growth. My work is focused on defining customer-centered business strategies, discovering growth opportunities, and creating new value propositions (new products / services / ventures). In doing so, I combine traditional business strategy skillset [analysis, rigor] with the methods and mindsets of design thinking [creativity, imagination]. To really move the needle, then, I specialize in preparation & facilitation of Design Sprints, where I connect multiple business perspectives, lead cross-functional teams, and utilize cherry–picked agile methods.
